a2-b2=(a+b)(a-b)

So, it can be factorized by using this identity, we can write:

x2y2-p2q2 = (xy)2-(pq)2

= (xy+pq)(xy-pq)

Therefore factors of x2y2-p2q2 =(xy+pq)(xy-pq).
