First multiply the given equation by 3 to remove the denominator with x^2
then the given equation becomes x^2-6x-27

then
we are using -b+or-root(b^2-4ac)/2a to find the roots of a quadratic equation
So as usual we find the roots of the equation above
we will get the factorised equation
but we are multiplied the equation we want to factorise by 3
so to find the roots of the equation in the question
we divide the factorised equation got by 3
so we get the factorised equation of equation in the question
