Regrouping, we get,

$x y + 3 y + 15 x + 45$

$= y (x + 3) + 15 (x + 3)$
$= (x + 3) (15 + y)$

$A t x = 2, y = 3$

$(x + 3) (15 + y)$

$= (2 + 3) (15 + 3)$

$= 5 \times 18$

$= 90$
