Solution

To find the total weight of cashew nuts, multiply 250 g with 34 packets and add 1350 g to the result.

Total weight = 250 x 34 + 1350 = 8500 + 1350 = 9850 g

To find the number of packets weighing 150g each, divide 9850 by 150.

Thus, the quotient is 65 and remainder is 100.

So, Farah can make 65 packets of cashew nuts, each weighing 150 g. Also, 100 g will be left out.
