Water droplets seep through spaces in the soil and get collected in the cracks and spaces deep below the ground over porous rocks. This collected water forms part of the ground water and some droplets go further down and get collected over impervious rocks to form aquifers. Fargo, can either be part of the groundwater or the aquifer. But even ground water keeps flowing under the ground through groundwater runoff. So, Fargo needs to seep even below to the aquifers so that it can rest peacefully.
