Finding the money each son get:
The ratio of their ages are $\frac{12}{8} = \frac{3}{2}$
So, the total amount will be divided in $5$ portions out of which three portion of the amount will be given to Manish and the rest two portions will be given to Shivam.
This way
Manish gets = $\frac{3}{5} \times 320 = ₹ 192$
Shivam gets = $\frac{2}{5} \times 320 = ₹ 128$
Hence, Manish gets $₹ 192$ and Shivam gets $₹ 128$ .
