The correct option is B

The required distance is sum of long sides of rectangle and the circumference of semi-circles.
The length of the rectangle (l) = 106 m
The radius of the semicircle (r) = 30 m
Hence the distance = l+l+2πr

106 + 106 + 2 × 3.14 × (30) = 400.4 m ~ 400 m
