$PQRS$ is a parallelogram.

So, opposite sides of parallelogram are parallel and equal.

$\therefore$ $PQ=SR$

$\Rightarrow$ $5x=25$

$\therefore$ $x=5$

$\Rightarrow$ $3y-1=47$

$\Rightarrow$ $3y=48$

$\Rightarrow$ $y=16$

$\therefore$ We get $x=5$ and $y=16$
