The correct option is B will become positive All the charges are uniformly distributed on the surface of conducting sphere. Field inside the sphere is zero and field outside the sphere is directed outward from surface of sphere. Due to positive charge at P the charge distribution become non-uniform. Here closed surface will contain some part of conducting sphere. So some positive charge will be enclosed by closed surface.
