We know that the magnetic field due to a long current carrying wire is inversely proportional to the perpendicular distance from the wire.

In the given case, the loop is moving parallel to the wire.

Therefore, the perpendicular distance of the loop is constant from the wire and hence, the flux linked with the loop is also constant.
