The correct option is A 30 clockwise
θ1= angle turned by reflected ray due to rotation of plane mirror by θm angle.
θ2= angle turned by reflected ray due to rotation of incident ray by θi angle.

Superposing the effect, due to rotation of incident ray and rotation of mirror.
Keeping the incident ray fixed, if the mirror will rotate by θm=20 CW.
θ1=2θm=40 CW
Again, keeping mirror fixed and rotating incident ray by θi=10 CW, the reflected ray will also rotate by 10 but in anticlockwise (ACW).
θ2=θi=10 CW
Net rotation of reflected ray =40 CW10 CW=30 CW
Hence, option (a) is the correct answer.
