Therefore applying laws of conservation of energy
(1/2)mv2+(1/2)lω2=mg2(Rr)+(1/2)mv2+(1/2)lω2710v2=g2(Rr)+710v2
v2=207g(Rr)+g(Rr)
v=277g(Rr)
