Given:
Electric field at P is zero. Therfore electric field due to Sphere 1 and sphere 2 is equal and opposite.
E1=E2
For Q1, point P is inside the sphere and for Q2 it is outside of sphere.

KqrR3=Kqr2

KQ1R2R3=KQ2(3R2)2

Q1=89×Q2

64=89×Q2

Q2=72 μC
