As R1 is connected across a constant potential difference so value of current through it will remain constant i.e current=ER1
and through R2 as it connected along with the inductor so intitially resistance of inductor is infinity so current is 0 certain time.and with time current increases and reach to its maximum value after
current=ER(1eRtL)
