(ii) Step 1: Finding the perimeter of the rectangle.​

$=16$ square units.
Step 2: Finding the side of the square.
Since, perimeter of rectangle and square are same.
Perimeter of square $=4\times \text{side}$
Therefore, Side of square $=\frac{\text{Perimeter}}{4}$
$=\frac{16}{4}$
$=4\text{units}$
Finding the area of the square.
