The verb in the given sentence is 'give'. In passive voice, the past participle form of the verb (given) is used. The word 'tomorrow' tells us that the sentence is in the future tense. The future tense forms of the verb in passive voice are: will be/ shall be/ may be/ can be/ must be followed by 'given'.
Both the options A and D i.e 'will be given' and 'shall be given' are in passive voice and future tense. The modal 'will' is to be used when the subject is in the second and third person. The modal 'shall' is used only when the subject is in the first person. The subject 'Alisha' is in the third person. Hence, option A is correct and option D is incorrect.
