Solution

The correct option is B many / a few
We often use too before much and many. It means 'more than necessary'. We can use too much before an uncountable noun and too many before a plural noun, or when it is countable. In this case, "apples" is the noun. Apples are countable, so "many" should be the adjective that should be used in the blank. Option C and Option D are the adjectives which can be used.
In the second sentence, before understanding the answer, let us understand the difference between "few", "a few" and "little", "a little". "Few" or "Little" is used while considering a very small quantity, "A few" and "A little" is used for a quantity larger than "few" and "little" in other words, they can be stated as "some". In this sentence we should consider the latter one. Now, "apples" is a countable noun so we should use "a few" and not "a little". Thus, option A is correct.
