During collision, angular momentum of the sphere is conserved about the point of contact P, because at that point time of impact is very small t0. Hence, momentum is conserved. Impulse of the forces is zero as time is less. Also, the mass of the ball is very less than wall, so velocity of wall is negligible and momentum of ball and wall is conserved.
