The given ratio is 1421 , We have to find an equivalent ratio with a denominator 3

Now, 21÷7=3

Clearly, denominator 21 is divided by 7. So, the numerator 14 must be divided by7,

i.e, 14÷721÷7=23

Thus,

Hence, the first missing number is 2.

Again to find the second missing number, we have

Clearly, the numerator is multiplied by 3

i.e, 2×3=6

So, the denominator 3 must be multiplied by 3

i.e, 3×3=9

Then, 23=2×33×3=69

Hence the second missing number is 9.
