Mass of CO2 = moles × molar mass
=0.5×44=22 g
For Na-atom
Given, mass = 115 g
Number of moles massmolar mass=11523=5 mol
Number of particles =5×6.022×1023=3.011×1024
For MgCl2
Given, number of moles = 0.5
Number of particles =5×6.022×1023=3.011×1023
Mass = number of moles × molar mass
(molar mass of MgCl2= 24+2 × 25.5=24+71=95)
=0.5×95=47.5 g
