Find: $2 \frac{1}{3} \div \frac{3}{5}$

Calculate $2 \frac{1}{3} \div \frac{3}{5}$
$\begin{matrix} 2 \frac{1}{3} \div \frac{3}{5} = \frac{(3 \times 2) + 1}{3} \div \frac{3}{5} & [∵ a \frac{b}{c} = \frac{(a \times c) + b}{c}] \\ = \frac{7}{3} \times \frac{5}{3} & [∵ \frac{a}{b} \div \frac{c}{d} = \frac{a}{b} \times \frac{d}{c}] \\ = \frac{35}{9} \\ ∴ 2 \frac{1}{3} \div \frac{3}{5} = 3 \frac{8}{9} \end{matrix}$
Therefore, $2 \frac{1}{3} \div \frac{3}{5} = 3 \frac{8}{9}$ .
