Let P(0,y) be any point on y-axis. and A(5,2) and B(3,2). Then,

PA=PB (Given)

PA2=PB2

(50)2+(2y)2=(30)2+(2y)2

25+4+4y+y2=9+4+y24y

8y=16

y=2

Hence, the required point is (0,2)
