Write all the numbers between $20$ and $40$ that are divisible by $2$ as well as $10$ .
We know that a number is divisible by $2$ , if the digit at the ones place is an even digit, i.e., the digit at the ones place is $0, 2, 4, 6$ or $8$ . and a number is divisible by $10$ , if its ones place is $0$ .
That means a number is divisible by $2$ as well as $10$ if its ones place is $0$ .
Therefore, the number $30$ is divisible by $2$ as well as $10$ .
Hence, the number between $20$ and $40$ that is divisible by $2$ as well as $10$ is only $30$ .
