Find and correct the error in the mathematical statement: $(2 a + 3 b) (a - b) = 2 a^{2} - 3 b^{2}$

$(2 a + 3 b) (a - b)$
$= 2 a (a - b) + 3 b (a - b)$
$= 2 a^{2} - 2 a b + 3 a b - 3 b^{2}$
$= 2 a^{2} - 3 b^{2} + a b$

In RHS, $a b$ to be added to make the equation balanced.
