Given, $\frac{3}{4x+3}=\frac{1}{4x}$

In the given expression, L.H.S $=\frac{3}{4x+3}$,

Solving it further is not possible as the expression is in it's simplest form and also value of $x$ is not known.

But, it is given that R.H.S $=\frac{1}{4x}$

Thus, L.H.S $\ne$ R.H.S

So,for correct statement we need to replace $\frac{1}{4x}$ with $\frac{3}{3+4x}$in RHS.
