= Area of trapezium ABGH
+ Area of trapezium CDEF
+ Area of trapezium BCFG

Area of trapezium
= 12×(Sum of parallel sides)×height

Area of shaded region
= 12×(AB+HG)×AH
+ 12×(CD+EF)×ED
+ 12×(BC+GF)×OP

= 12×(6+4)×2
+ 12×(6+4)×2
+ 12×(7+3)×2

= 12×10×2 + 12×10×2 +12×10×2
