The correct option is A 1 sq unit.
We have
(x1,y1)=(1,1)
(x2,y2)=(2,3) and
(x3,y3)=(4,5)

Area of the triangle =12[x1(y2y3)+x2(y3y1)+x3(y1y2)]

=12[1(35)+2(51)+4(13)]=12(2+88)=12(2)=1

Area cannot be negative. We only consider the numerical value of answer.
Therefore, area of triangle = 1 sq units
