Using potential method, we can solve this problem, assigning potential to known points, as shown in figure.

Using Kirchhoff`s junction law, net charge on the isolated part of circuit must be zero.

(V012)8+(V00)2+(V0(6))6=0

8V096+2V0+6V0+36=0

16V0=60

V0=154 V

Using V0, we can get charge on each capacitor.

Charge on C1:

Q1=C1VPD across C1=8(12154)=66 μC

Similarly, Q2 and Q3 as follows,

Q2=C2VPD across C2=2(1540)=7.5 μC

Q3=C3VPD across C3=6(154(6))=58.5 μC

Hence, option (A) is correct answer.
