Question

Find derivative of √secx+tanx/√secx-tanx

Open in App
Solution

Dear Student,

Given ,
f(x) =√(sec x + tan x/sec x - tan x)
divide & multiply numerator with sec x + tan x, we get
f(x) = sec x + tan x

Now derivative of f(x)
f(x)’ = sec x . tan x + sec2 x

Therefore, sec (x) [ tan x + sec x ] is the solution.
