$=\sqrt{(3-0{)}^2+(4-0{)}^2}$

$=\sqrt{3^2+4^2}$

$=\sqrt{9+16}$

$=\sqrt{(5{)}^2}$

$=5$ units

Hence the distance of point $(3,4)$ from origin is $5$ units.
