$m_1$ = slopes of PQ = $\frac{3-\left(8/3\right)}{1-0}=\frac{1}{3}$
$m_2$ = slopes of QR = $\frac{30-3}{82-1}=\frac{1}{3}$
Since slope of PQ is the same as the slope of QR, the three points P, Q , R are collinear.
