Open in App
Solution

Finding the number which is neither prime nor composite:

The prime number are the numbers which is having only 2 factors i.e., one and the number itself. Ex- 2,3,5,7,11...

The composite numbers are the numbers having more than two factors. Ex- 4,6,8,9...

The number 1 has only one factor which is itself. So, it is neither prime nor composite.

Hence, the number 1 is neither prime nor composite.
