$\frac{v}{2r-x}=\frac{2v}{x}$

$3x=4r$

$x=\frac{4}{3}r$

$\omega =\frac{v}{r}=\frac{2v}{\frac{4}{3}r}=\frac{3v}{2r}=\frac{3v}{10}(sincer=5)$
