Given:
q1=+1 μC; q2=20 μC

Force on charge at point A due to charge at point B,

FAB=kq1q2|rBA|3rBA (q1q2<0)

Here, rBA is the position vector of B w.r.t A

rBA=rBrA

rBA=(2^i+^k)(^j+2^k)

rBA=2^i^j^k

|rBA|=2+1+1=2

Hence, FAB=(9×109)(1×106)(20×106)(2)3×(2^i^j^k)

FAB=22.5×103(2^i+^j+^k) N
