The correct option is B (A) Part A of the sentence contains the error. 'Had' should be struck off as the phrase 'having had reached' denotes something that has already happened in the past; on the other hand if we look at the sentence in its entirety we will find that the sentence is an instruction which is to be followed in the near future. Therefore, "having reached the station, you may buy your ticket and wait for the train to Delhi" is the correct structure of the sentence.
Hence option A is the correct answer. Options B, C and D are incorrect because the rest of the sentence is grammatically correct and option E is incorrect because there is an error in the entire sentence.
