Part D of the sentence contains the error. It should be "......come to a marriageable age." The indefinite article 'a' is used before singular words which begin with consonant sounds. The indefinite article indicates that a word or phrase, in this case 'marriageable age', refers to a general idea rather than a particular thing or age. Since the girl's exact age is not mentioned it is only appropriate that an indefinite article is used,
Hence option D is the correct answer and options A, B and D are incorrect because the rest of the sentence is grammatically correct, Option E is incorrect because there is an error in the sentence as is explained above.
