The correct option is D (A)
Part A of the sentence contains the error. 'Shall' should be replaced by 'would' because the traditional rule is that 'shall' is used with first-person pronouns (i.e. I and we) to form the future tense, while 'would' is used with second and third person forms (i.e. you, he, she, it, they).
Hence option A is the correct answer. Options B, C and D are incorrect because the rest of the sentence is grammatically correct, Option E is incorrect because there is an error in the sentence as has been already explained.
