$(5 x - 4)^{2}$

${(5 x - 4)}^{2} = {(5 x)}^{2} - 2 (5 x) (4) + {(4)}^{2}$
$= 25 x^{2} - 40 x + 16$
Hence, the answer is $25 x^{2} - 40 x + 16.$
