We know that a multiple of a number is that number multiplied by an integer. Integers are negative as well as positive.

Now, we write the multiples of 2 and 3 are as follows:

Multiples of 2 are 2,4,6,8,10.....,2,4,6,8,10,.......

Multiples of 3 are 3,6,9,12,15.....,3,6,9,12,15,.......

Now, from the given grid of numbers, the common multiples of 2 and 3 are 6,12,18,24 because all of these numbers are divided by both 2 and 3.
