From the above series,

First term $\left(a\right)=5$

Common difference $\left(d\right)=a_2-a_1=8-5=3$

As we know that the general term in an A.P. is given as-

$a_n=a+(n-1)d$

$\therefore a_{10}=5+(10-1)3$

$\Rightarrow a_{100}=5+27=32$
