(b) There are $52$ cards: $4$ ace cards

Probability of getting an ace card
$=\frac{4}{52}=\frac{1}{13}$

(c) There are a total of $7$ apple, out of which $4$ are red, $3$ are green.

Probability of red apple $=\frac{4}{7}$
