The FBD of the block is

N+Fsin30=mg N=20g100sin30=20050=150 N
fmax=μsN=0.6(150)=90 N

Total Applied driving force on the block is
F=Fcos30=10032=503 N
=86.6 N
Since, F<fmax, the block will be at rest.
