The correct option is D $60^{\circ}$
In an equilateral prism,

At the first interface,
$sin i = n sin r$ -------- $(1)$

Since the angle of refraction on both the sides is $30^{\circ}$ , let the angle of emergence is $e$ .
$n sin r = sin e$
but from $(1)$ , $sin i = n sin r = sin e$
$\Rightarrow i = e = 60^{\circ}$
