The correct option is B $8.5$ cm
Let $R P = 4 x$ and $P S = 3 x$
$R S = 15$
$R P + P S = 15$
$4 x + 3 x = 15$
$\Rightarrow x = \frac{15}{7}$
$R P = 4 x = 4 \times \frac{15}{7} = \frac{60}{7} = 8.57 c m$
