Area$=\frac{1}{2}\times$one diagonal$\times$Sum of the lengths of the perpendiculars drawn from it on the remaining two vertices.

$=\frac{1}{2}\times 25\times (16.4+11.6)$

$=\frac{25}{2}\times 28=25\times 14=350$sq.cm
