Area of a quadrilateral $=\frac{1}{2}\times onediaginal\times sumofthetwoperpendicularlines$

$=\frac{1}{2}\times 30\times (19+11)$

$=\frac{1}{2}\times 30\times 30$

$=15\times 30$

$=450c{m}^2$.
