Length of the rectangle = 5.5 m

Breadth of the rectangle = 3.4 m

We know:

Area of rectangle = Length $\times$ Breadth
= $5.5 \times 3.4 = \frac{55}{10} \times \frac{34}{10} = \frac{1870}{100} = 18.7 m e t e r s q u a r e$

Thus, area of the rectangle = 18.7 m²
