Area$=\frac{3\sqrt{3}}{2}{a}^2$

$=\frac{3\sqrt{3}}{2}{8}^2$

$=\frac{3\sqrt{3}\times 64}{2}$

$=96\sqrt{3}$sq.cm

$=96\times 1.732$ since $\sqrt{3}=1.732$

$=166.272‬$sq.cm

$\left(b\right)a=6$cm

Area$=\frac{3\sqrt{3}}{2}{a}^2$

$=\frac{3\sqrt{3}}{2}{6}^2$

$=\frac{108\sqrt{3}}{2}$

$=54\sqrt{3}$sq.cm

$=54\times 1.732$ since $\sqrt{3}=1.732$

$=93.528‬$sq.cm
