$$\begin{gathered} \mathrm{Area}\mathrm{of}\mathrm{rectangle}=\mathrm{length}\times \mathrm{breadth} \\ \Rightarrow 20=\mathrm{length}\times \mathrm{base} \\ \Rightarrow 20=\mathrm{length}\times 5 \\ \Rightarrow \mathrm{so}\mathrm{length}=4\mathrm{cm} \\ \mathrm{Also}\mathrm{given}\mathrm{that}\mathrm{height}\mathrm{of}\mathrm{triangle}=\mathrm{length}\mathrm{of}\mathrm{the}\mathrm{rectangle} \\ \mathrm{So},\mathrm{height}\mathrm{of}\mathrm{triangle}=4\mathrm{cm} \\ \mathrm{So}\mathrm{area}\mathrm{of}\mathrm{triangle}=\frac{1}{2}\mathrm{bh} \\ =\frac{1}{2}\times 5\times 4 \\ =10{\mathrm{cm}}^2 \end{gathered}$$
