Solution

The correct option is A

12√15 cm2

We can get the area of another triangle by using Heron’s formula

a = 12 cm, b = 8 cm and c = 16 cm

s =a+b+c2 = 18 cm

Area = s(sa)(sb)(sc)

=18(1812)(188)(1816)

=18×6×10×2

=1215cm2
